Charles and I went to the Humane Society for a general meeting tonight that I thought allll the volunteers were going to, turns we were the only volunteers that went ! The 9 other people that were there either worked at the HS or were on the board of directors. Really informative though, I would really like to have a job like Heather Keats, she’s a Development Coordinator for the Humane Society and organizes all the fundraising events. Who knows, maybe someday I will fall into that line of work! I like keeping my options open. Resolve raised over 1000$ for the Humane Society and the total money raised was 33,500! Hopefully it will be even more successful next year.

Working another back shift! 2 down, 4 more to go!

The dog jog today was a hit minus the rain! A great crowd showed up! Charles and I walked the dogs that weren’t on adoption since they hadn’t had their morning walk, then we took a dog called Maggie out for a walk in the dog park and then up the trails. I was super tired so I didn’t stay for the prize give away, but I am sure lots of people went away with nice prizes! I put up a few pics from the dog jog on my Simon & Elle pics page!

I added another pictures link, so now I have a page devoted to cat pictures/animal pictures and the other for everything else. I am going to switch to my summer blog soon, so it may change again!

There are also pics up that Bria took from the MSN reunion night on the pics page, Bria’s pics always turn out awesome! Enjoy!

I also got my bum in gear and had a workout, not at the AFC but it was still good none the less.
