Thursday, February 03, 2005I developed a nasty throat/lung/respiratory cold within 24 hours. What’s up with that?? Last night I went to bed with a fever and the chills and barely slept.. and now I am hacking up a lung, seriously! I did manage to get some homework done today even with being sick since my micro lab was cancelled! Yee haw! I finished up my physio lab and started studying for the lab quiz next week. I also have a Ecology and Microbiology midterm next week and part of a huge dietary assessment due for nutrition. Rough week ahead :S I had a nutrition quiz this Wednesday that went well, I messed up on some multiple choice which sucks, NEVER change your answer. We’re getting our physio tests back tomorrow, which I hope went well ! Volunteering was fun on Wednesday, LOTS of dogs AND cats are getting adopted. Maverick finally got adopted, and he’s actually home now so the adoption went through for sure this time. There are are only 4 dogs left on the adoption floor, they’ll have to bring more up from receiving. Bad news though.. half the cats are coming down with respiratory infections which is horrible, hopefully it will clear up quick! On a brighter note I convinced resolve (aka watts) to put up the humane society link on the work homepage in hopes that some animals will get adopted :) Well I better go get some rest! ~ciao
