Thursday, January 27, 2005Maverick FINALLY GOT ADOPTED.
Most of you don't know who Maverick is. Well, I'll tell you, he's a collie mix that has been at the shelter for a loooong time. He's such a great dog, energetic, playful, affectionate!! I can't understand why he wasn't adopted sooner. Alas, he is finally going to a great home *CHEERS* Lots of animals are getting adopted, but more and more are being dropped off, so it always seems like once a few leave they are replaced but a bunch more. People need to spay and neuter their pets!!!! Anywho, today consisted of classes, afternoon at the animal shelter, then a full evening of studying for my Physiology test on friday, lots of material, but it's mostly overlap from other courses so far. Back to work! * Birthday Countdown -- 3 DAYS!!*

I wasn’t about to drive to work and have to spend the night at watts, no thank-you! Lets hope for no classes tomorrow even though we pay through the nose for these classes..it’s still nice to get a break, I don’t mind ;) This week went by really fast, I haven’t had a micro class in over a week, BUT my micro lab made up for that, having to return 24-48 hours to observe bacteria cultures on a saturday is not what I call fun, actullay I lied, it is pretty fun, but time consuming! Well I better get some work done. *let it snow let it snow let it snowwwwwww*
