Thursday, August 12, 2004Thankfully my two days off were great! Lovely weather! I finally got to check out the CARI pool which was great, huge pool, awesome waterslide, the hot tub wasn't working but I am looking forward to using it next time. The only downside is the cost, I know it's only 4 bucks, but to someone who's poor that's a lot. Hopefully something can be worked out for UPEI Students eventually. Yesterday Charles and I went to Brackley beach and spent about 3 hours relaxing on the beach and playing Frisbee in the water, I still can't throw a Frisbee well but I am sure it will come with practice. It was a beautiful day out for the beach, and boy was brackley packed! There were lots of jelly fish too which made me uncomfortable, I seen 2 that were the size of my Frisbee, gross! I took Simon for a long walk today and took a bunch of pictures for everyone to enjoy, what a handsome cat he is, I guess I am biased since I am his mother but still, he is very photogenic.
