Charles and I took my niece Taylor and her friend Jessie to see Harry Potter last night and it was a little disappointing I must say. I was expecting more from the new “extraordinary” director they hired to make the movie. My dissatisfaction could be due to the fact that the story line was a little bit darker then the first two books, but I really enjoyed the novel, so I guess the movie just wasn’t up to my standards. I am excited for the 4th movie to come out though, I love the 4th book, I think it was my favorite out of the 5 books.

Well, that’s about all that happened yesterday seeing as I worked from 8am-4pm, went to the movies from 6pm-9pm and got in 50+ minutes of cardio somewhere in there :P, I had a pretty busy day!

Time for lunch :)

It was gorgeous outside yesterday! After work Charles and I took Simon for a walk and then we got a parfait from DQ and took a walk in the historical park near our house. I hope there are many more warm days to come this summer, and lots and lots of swimming at the lake and the beach! After we got back we fell asleep on the couch for 3 hours and then went to bed, So basically I slept from 6:30pm-6:30am, LOL, I guess I caught up on lost sleep!

I didn’t get to eat supper since I slept so long and when I woke up this morning I was extremely hungry! No time for pilates this morning as I had to eat a nice big breakfast.

Tonight Charles and I are taking my niece Taylor to see Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban! I can’t wait !

Anywho, it’s almost time for lunch!

It was really nice to have the past two days off after working 9 days in a row. I love my job, but I really appreciated having time away from work to relax.

Here is my weekend Synopsis - On Friday Charles and I went out on a date and ate delicious Chinese food from the China Garden, then we went for a scenic walk down water street and up by Peakes Quay. I love walking by the water, even if it was a bit cold :)

I also took Simon outside a lot this weekend, he loves the fresh air. I am like a crazy mother snapping pictures of every paw movement. Apparently people think I am turning into the crazy old cat lady that will have a house full of Siamese Cats by the time she is 80! Which in my opinion, isn’t such a bad idea :P

Last night me and Charles went over to Andrew and Rob's for a visit. I tried the new Smirnoff Green Apple coolers, verdict - they are disgusting and taste like a handful of artificial sugar :( We left around 12 to get Wendy's, I had a hamburger and a baked potato, scrumptious!

Lately I have been going to the gym 5-6 days a week and have been doing lots of Pilates which has kept me busy with working 5-6 days a week as well. If only I could curb my strange eating habits I would be even closer to reaching my goals. Hopefully I can get to the track tonight for some running:)

Chow, time for break!
