Friday, April 09, 2004One exam down and only three more to go! I had my Psych final yesterday and it went rather well, not as difficult as I thought it was going to be. Next Thursday I have Nutrition and Friday I have Family Science. I took off the whole week so I can study and I also took off the next week to prepare for my Stats exam on Thursday. Yesterday evening I went back out shopping in hopes to find some workout clothes and luckily I found a few things. I bought a pair of gym shorts from Eclipse and a t-shirt from Sports Check wOOt! Hopefully I can make a tanning appointment for today, they were booked solid yesterday. I also finally took my tongue ring out after 3 years, it was really starting to annoy me. Apparently the hole is supposed to grow over within 12 hours.. it's been 3 days and it's still not grown over :P Tonight, Matt's party out in the Fort! Should be a good sober time for me. Damn exams, I wish I could drink.
Wednesday, April 07, 2004After I got home from the gym yesterday I got a cappuchino and sat down on my bed (not the best place to study.. but hey, it's comfy) and started to study Phych.. Simon always snuggles on my lap or lies on my back when I am studying.. but today.. he started to snuggle with me and I went to scratch under his chin like I always do (he loves it) and he bit me! I looked at him and his neck was covered in blood :(I started to freak out, but I quickly calmed myself down and god a cold compress to clean him off. From what I can tell, he jumped on the furnace in the laundry room and hit his chin on one of the piping hot bars. I called the Vet and she told me to go get some polysporin for him. It's a sin :( I couldn't sleep all night, I felt so bad for him. I stroked his back for part of the night and he slept snuggled by me. It looks better today, but it's still really sore. Sunday, April 04, 2004This weekend was pretty slack, not much of anything happened. I worked Saturday and slept in most of Sunday. I should have studied this weekend but I just didn't feel like it :P I'll have to start soon, very soon. I did do something productive today, I changed some of the colors and graphics on my page to make it feel a bit more like spring, I still have a bit more to change when I have more spare time. Chuck and I also went for a 45 minute walk tonight which was really nice, it was a bit too cold out for me... but holding hands helped :) Did anyone watch Island Vets on global this weekend? It's all about the UPEI Veterinary hospital, I LOVE it !! It is the best show ever :D Well that's all I have to say for now, time for bed!
