Saturday, January 24, 2004Spending a Saturday night working on papers was NOT fun. I knew what I was getting myself into with this UPEI buisness, but still.. I like to complain every now and again :P My birthday is in 4 days :) I will be 21, I am feeling really old.. I remember when my sister turned 21 and I thought she was ancient. Growing up is hard to do. Oh well, some birthday cake and presents will make me feel better about being 21. I can't wait until my 24th b'day, I will be almost graduating from UPEI :) Just have to tough it out until then.
Sunday, January 18, 2004I got a ton of work done today, finished a few assignments, read a bunch, and almost finished a Psych paper. Most importantly, I made my return to the gym!! I had a new mix CD and worked up a sweat. I am ashamed to say it.. but I actually like Britney Spears new CD, I didn't buy it, I burned it off the internet, I was impressed. She also sang live for once on SNL and surprisingly didn't murder the song. I'm a sucker for pop music :P I have a Nutrition test tomorrow but if school's cancelled we don't have it until Wednesday, lets hope we get that 20 cm of snow that is expected. yee haww! In other news, Chuck got a new job at Aliant! Double the pay compared to Watts, it's insane. The hours are awesome Mon-Fri 8am-9pm and you only have to work a 1 or 2 Saturdays a month... annnd you get extra pay for working them. Does this mean I get another Siamese ? probably not ;) Anywho, Time for supper :)
