Saturday, August 30, 2003So I went to the Humane Society again yesterday after work. I was going so I could get the other cat that I had wanted. Just my luck, it had been adopted too. I'm not having much luck with the cat situation. I'll get one sometime. I have been feeling pretty crappy because I took the last two days off from the gym :( My calf muscle on my right leg was very sore so I wouldn't have been able to have a good workout. It's all better this morning so I'll be making it to the gym today, boost my morale. I hate the feeling when I don't go. Argg. I also get bitchy when I don't go.. sorry to anyone I might have snapped at. I work 8-4 today:) It's dead.. yet they have 6 people on, so I will listen to my music and relax while getting paid:) Side note - what's with all this shitty weather?? Last year I was at the lake at least 3 times a week, total times at the lake this year : 0. This summer sucked and winter is so very very long.
Thursday, August 28, 2003Horrible news... So Charles was supposed to pick me up early from work but he came online and said that he accidently left the car lights on so the battery went dead :( I was planning to go to the animal shelter after work so I was really sad when he told me. So I got a ride home with James, and once I got home I called the humane society so I could make sure that the cat had not been adopted yet. Yeah worst news ever... She had been adopted. Apparently she had already been adopted when I went to see her the first time, they just didn't put the sign up to say so. I was very sad.. and still am, but I have my eye on another cat and I am glad that the cat found a home even if it wasn't with me. I'll find a cat.. someday.. somewhere.. Hopfully tomorrow hehehe MTV video music awards on tonight, Yee Haww!

Yee haww, Yesterday was my day off and I went to the humane society. I think I found the cat I want.. she's 4 years old.. and huge :) I swear the cat looks like a small dog.. sooo adorable. Charles is picking me up and I am leaving work a few minutes early today to go and see her again before they close at 4:15. We went looking at cat stuff yesterday too, I almost bought a cat bed but charles said I have to buy the cat first :( I really want a cat!!! They are the best pet for an apartment. Plus an older cat will be better for us becuase they would be more independent. This cat would look so cute dressed up for Christmas in a reindeer outfit..*cough* I mean.. I wouldn't dress my cat up.. never..*wink* Hopefully all will go well today at the humane society, I just hope it's not like last time when I wanted the kitten...then I took it out of the cage to play with it and all it did was bite me really hard. I don't want to get my hopes up too high *crosses fingers*

I LOVE presents ! wOOt wOOt! we got presents today at work !! we all got MSN Butterfly beanie babies, water bottles, and new swipe cards that stretch :D *clap clap* so we strung up about 10 Butterflies to the ceiling.. we are the best program in the call center by far. All the other programs were jealous, I think we deserve presents.. the training we had to go through was intense.. harder then UPEI Calculus :) But the job's easy as hell now. *snicker* poor readers digest.. left out in the cold..
I want a cat. I am putting the "get jane a cat" plan into action as of today.. beware Charles..I don't think I can wait until christmas to get one !
Monday, August 25, 2003So yesterday was a full day of lazing around and recuperating from the effects of Saturday night, I tried to watch a movie called Road To Perdition, but then I fell asleep. Most of the day was spent sleeping. I get to leave work for a bit at 10:45 today because I have a dentist appointment, argggg:( I hate the dentist.. they rip my gums apart and polish them with that sandy green crap and I HATE IT!! I get the tasteless fluoride so it doesn't make me gag like the other kinds used to. I better not have any cavities, I haven't had one since I was 6-7 years old :S I can still remember getting one though, they put that green tarp over your mouth and you can barely swallow, and then the pain *cringes* yuck ******************************************************* Back from the Dentist, very very very sore gums *pout* No cavaties though :) yayy
Sunday, August 24, 2003Well it's 12:30 and I just woke up.. that malibu rum hit me pretty good last night to say the least. Everyone from work was over, ugh too many jello shooters :( My drinks were awesome.. ice, pineapple juice, bacardi pina colada frozen concentrate and malibu rum all blended together made an excellent smoothie. Wow, I hope my pics turn out hahaha. can you say Blackmail? No gym today.. definately taking the day off :) I need food. chow
